Emerald collects an email chosen by the user to create their MyAccount in order to get Premium. This information is not sold to third-parties, and it’s only used for signing in and recovering your password.
Emerald uses Apple’s WebKit engine to display web content. WebKit is the same engine used by Safari and is maintained by Apple.
All of your website data is stored on your device, including your website history. Nobody can access this data, including me.
Emerald is designed to block online trackers and protect your privacy while you browse. This means that most third parties cannot track most of your activity through the browser. Emerald Premium includes AdBlock+, which is designed to block more trackers and ensure your internet activity stays hidden.
