Profiles allow you to make your Spaces truly separate. You can assign the same Profile to different Spaces so they use the same online data, while other Spaces can use a different Profile and keep their data completely separate.
To create a Profile, it’s pretty easy. Go to Settings > Porfiles and press the plus icon at the top (iOS) or the New Profile button (Mac). After that, just complete the prompts.
Go to any Space, clich the ellipsis button at the top of the Sidebar or menu and click “Set Profile…”. Then, select the Profile of your choice.
Go to any Space, click the ellipsis button at the top of the Sidebar or right-click the Sidebar and click “Set Profile…”. Then, select the Profile of your choice.
