(these terms apply to Emerald for iOS, Emerald for iPadOS and Emerald for Mac)

Summary

• Emerald Premium is billed monthly, yearly, or as a one-time lifetime purchase.
• Purchases made on macOS are processed by Stripe and purchases made through the App Store are billed and managed by Apple, under Apple's own terms.
• Cancel anytime. You keep Premium access through the end of the period you already paid for.
• I don't refund partial billing periods, except where the law requires it.

This summary is for convenience only and isn't part of the agreement. The numbered terms below are what actually govern your use of Emerald.

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Bieletee Dev ("I," "me") governing your access to and use of the Emerald web browser application, including Emerald Premium ("the Service"). By downloading, installing, or using Emerald, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

If you're accepting these Terms on behalf of an organization, you're confirming you have the authority to bind that organization, and "you" refers to that organization.

2. The service

Emerald is a web browser for macOS and iOS. Some features are available to all users at no charge, others are available only to accounts with an active Emerald Premium entitlement, as described within the application.

I may add, change, or remove features at any time. I'll try to give you reasonable notice before removing a feature that Premium subscribers rely on, but I don't guarantee any specific feature will remain available indefinitely.
